IT project manager

We are looking for an experienced IT project manager to build our digital solution "Funds365" and lead the implementation of strategic IT projects. As an IT project manager, you will be responsible for managing the development of our digital solution aimed at fund administrators and managers, in collaboration with our partners, as well as the implementation of new technologies to improve the efficiency and security of our operations.

Your responsibilities:

You will support the platform's development for existing users and ensure the stability and technical evolution of the platform. To do this, you will work:

• In collaboration with the management team
• In collaboration with technical teams (internal/external): you will be involved in driving UX/UI improvements
• In collaboration with the business developer and the (external) marketing team: marketing activities, creating communication materials, digital support tools, managing the PR agency
• In collaboration with a PR agency: media visibility, e-reputation, social media

Your missions:

• Assist and provide first-level support to new clients in getting started with the tools
• Co-lead platform development projects in collaboration with development teams and clients
• Define objectives, milestones, and project deadlines in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage project budgets and human resources
• Ensure the quality and compliance of projects with Funds365 standards and requirements
• Coordinate testing and deployment of platform technical updates
• Communicate with stakeholders, including development teams, end-users, and executives
• Identify and manage potential risks and project-related issues
• Produce regular progress reports and track outcomes

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in the financial or investment management sector
• Proficiency in digital tools
• Experience in software development project management and implementing new technologies
• Knowledge of web and mobile development technologies, as well as databases and information systems
• Excellent leadership and ability to motivate and manage a development team
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• University degree in computer science, project management, or a related field
• Knowledge in various areas: accounting, investment funds, corporate services, etc.
• Fluent English or native speaker required

Full Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to join our development team. As a full-stack developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our platform and digital services aimed at fund managers. You will work closely with an internal project manager, our development team, and company partners to maintain and enhance our innovative and secure platform for the future of fund administration.

Your responsibilities

• Participate in the design and implementation of new features and services
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve technical issues and improve code quality
• Ensure the maintenance and updating of existing applications
• Assist in setting up and configuring infrastructure for new clients
• Participate in code review and implement unit and integration tests
• Work closely with design and product teams to understand user needs and design solutions that meet these needs

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development
• Proficiency in PHP / MySQL - MariaDB; HTML5 / CSS3; JavaScript (Vanilla, frameworks), and Object-Oriented Programming
• Proficiency with collaborative development tools such as SVN or GIT
• Database design and management
• Strong sensitivity to web and mobile application security
• Excellent team spirit and ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
• Experience with Microsoft Graph, Azure, and SharePoint is a plus (PowerApps, user and group management, PnP scripts, etc.)
• Knowledge of financial regulations
